Uldstedet: Gepard Puf, soft all-year alpaca cotton yarn

Puf from Gepard is a gorgeous summer yarn spun with cotton, baby alpaca and soft merino wool.

Puf is af cotton version of Puno. It is light and airy and can be used for Puno patterns. The soft blend is useful for all-year knits; warm on a cold summer day, but also a great choice for the sweater you want to wear indoors in the winter.
Puf has a soft and slightly woollen touch which only gets lovelier with washing.

The colours are placed on a scale inspired by the Nordic countries with both natural colours and soft watercolour-like shades, all with a slightly transparent quality giving the colours depth.

Recommended gauge: 12-15 sts x 17-22 rows = 10x10 cm
Puf will shrink 10% lengthwise (the width is unaffected) when washed. The back of the label contains a simple table to help you get the right length of your finished knit.

Needles: 6-8 mm

Using a wool detergent, wash at 20-25°C. Use a laundry wash bag to make sure your knits keep their shape. Dry flat.
