Shipping costs
When making an order for 1000 DKK or larger, shipping is free of charge within Denmark.
When making an order for 1500 DKK or larger, shipping is free of charge within the EU.
Shipping cost, Denmark = 39DKK when delivered to your local post shop, 59DKK when delivered to your house.
Shipping cost, EU = 65 DKK.
Norway = 54 DKK / VOEC shipment
Uldstedet is registered with the VOEC scheme, where customers resident in Norway pay VAT in Uldstedets's webshop, but no customs duty is imposed on the goods.
Shipping cost for countries outside the EU is calculated on the basis of charges of the Danish Postal service.
Delivery
On workdays, we strive to send all goods within 1-2 days, but up to three days can pass before you receive your order (in Denmark). If other delivery times apply, this will be stated by product. For all orders sent abroad we ship within 7 workdays.
If your order is compiled of products with different delivery times, your order will be sent when last product is ready.
If you choose to pick up your order in one of our shops, the order must be picked up within 8 days. After 8 days, the order will be cancelled. If you are not able to pick up your order within 8 days, please let us know to make other arrangements.
