Gepard Teddy Hoodie
Gepard Teddy Hoodie, warm and cozy - indispensable for colder days!
Teddy Hoddie can be used as a hoodie or as a hooded cowl. The hoodie fits loosely around the face and has plenty of room for a big or wavy hair.
The face edging and the optional drawstring is made with a contrast color.
The hoodie is worked top-down in stockinette stitch with the purl side on the right side of work.

Yarn
Teddy Dear (40% alpaca superfine, 50% merino wool mulesing free, 10% PA, 50 g = 75 m):
3 balls (2½ balls will be sufficient). The shown versions is made with color 108 beige.
My Wool (100% supersoft merino wool, mulesing free, 50 g = 125 m):
1 ball for face edging and drawstring.
Needles & Tools
Japanese Koshitsu bamboo needles from Seeknit and Gepard in the following sizes:
6 mm and 4 mm circular needles (40 or 50 cm).
Two 4 mm double pointed needles for the I-cord drawstring.
Minimum 8 ring stitch markers to place on the needle.
Large eye tapestry needle for finishing and pulling drawstring through face edging.
A piece of waste yarn, 60 cm, for placing stitches on hold.
Gauge
10 sts and 18 rows in stockinette stitch with Teddy Dear on 6 mm needles = 10 x 10 cm.
Adjust needle size if necessary.
Washing: Use a washing bag and hand wash at 20 - max. 30° C.

Materials: 40% alpaca superfine, 50% merino wool, mulesing free, 10% PA.
Yardage: 50 g = 75 m.
Teddy Dear is a trendy new bouclé yarn, which is very soft and gives a lot of volume to the knit. It is a kind of bouclé yarn with nearly closed loops, which makes the yarn easy and comfortable to knit.
