Mulberry Silk

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
ISAGER Mulberry Silk is a fine, lightweight yarn made from 100% silk, spun with two strands. We primarily use it held together with our other yarns. Any yarn is “elevated” when knitted together with Mulberry Silk. The silk adds softness and elegance to any project when combined with other yarns from the Isager range.

Mulberry Silk works particularly well when held together with Isager Spinni or Tvinni (100% wool) or Isager Palet (100% cotton), as it provides a beautiful, cool, and lustrous finish that complements the more matte yarns. When combined with wool yarns, it adds softness without the “hairy” look you get from Isager Silk Mohair.

It is especially suitable for lightweight garments, scarves, and baby clothing.
