Gepard Kongming – balloon-sleeved sweater
Kongming is the name of the Chinese sky lanterns that were among the first designs using hot air to make a man-made object fly, making the Kongming-lantern the ancestor of ballooning.
That is the story behind the name of this balloon-sleeved sweater. It is knitted in Puf, a soft blend of cotton and alpaca, and thus a more summery version of Montgolfier, the first of our sweaters with balloon sleeves.
The pattern is only when buying the accompanying yarn. If you wish to buy the pattern only, this is possible at Gepard Garn, where you can buy the pattern as a pdf download.
