Gepard Wild & Soft

Wild & Soft is a merino wool with wild silk from Danish yarns company Gepard.

Wild & Soft is the result of Sus Gepard's sense of quality and cooperation with the best Italian yarn mills. For the close to a year, yarn samples were shipped back and forth between Denmark and Italy until the yarn was just right.

The end product is an incredibly elastic and light yarn that - despite the high content of silk - holds shape well. And yes, that's after washing, too.  The blend between wool and silk lends both beautiful lustre and a soft touch. The yarn is perfect when you want both softness and durability.

You will need between 5 and 8 balls for a ladies' sweater size 10-12, while a baby sweater for a 6 month old requires 1½ ball.
